Lovely dinner in the spire building. 
Wilted spinach salad – blueberries, goat cheese, and pickled shallots.
Cioppino- saffron broth, fennel, shrimp, scallops, tilapia, mussels, and tomatoes.
Cheeses – local honey, drunken figs, candied almonds, Asian pear, and toasted ciabatta.
